Digital Hub for a Real Estate Agency

Multilingual property catalog, requests, and content management.

Client challenge

A real estate agency needed a unified digital hub combining a public showcase, property catalog, marketing pages, information sections, maps, cost and yield calculators, and lead capture forms.

A separate goal was to create a convenient management system for the agency team. Managers needed to update texts, add and edit properties, manage translations, change service descriptions, and work with incoming requests independently, without constant developer involvement.

Industry / business type

Real estate, relocation consulting, and buyer support. The website needed to serve several audiences: private clients choosing a property for themselves, investors who need clear financial calculations, and agency employees who process incoming requests.

Implemented solution

A multilingual website was developed in Russian, English, and Portuguese. The public part of the website includes agency pages, services, information sections, and an interactive property catalog with filters, detailed property cards, photo galleries, and map linking.

Cost calculators for property purchase expenses and estimated investment yield were added for visitors. This helps clients assess a property faster not only visually, but also from a practical financial perspective.

An administration panel was created for the agency team. Through it, managers can edit properties, website copy, translations, service pages, service descriptions, and internal information. Incoming requests are saved in the system, linked to specific properties, and become part of a managed request processing workflow.

A Telegram bot was also created and configured. It notifies employees about new leads, helps track the movement of client requests, and simplifies internal coordination between managers.

The project also included an internal module for preparing regular market digests based on verified sources. This allows the agency to gradually turn market monitoring into a managed editorial process.

The website is adapted for mobile devices, with a sitemap, service pages for search engines, and a basic structure for quality indexing. During development, we considered not only standard search optimization, but also how the website can be correctly read by external AI tools.

Technologies used

The public part of the website is built as a fast web application: pages are optimized for loading, and content is pulled from the management system. For properties, the site uses maps, photo galleries, filters, contact forms, and built-in calculations.

The administration part allows employees to manage the catalog, translations, texts, and incoming requests through a clear interface. Requests go through contact data validation, are protected from spam, are stored in the system, and are sent to managers in Telegram with a short request card and a link for quick processing.

Business result

The agency received its own flexible digital infrastructure instead of a limited website builder. A single solution combines a public showcase, property catalog, administration panel, request forms, notifications, buyer tools, and internal content work.

Managers can keep the website up to date independently and respond to requests faster. Requests are saved, linked to the properties of interest, and enter a clear follow-up process, which reduces the risk of losing a potential client.

For visitors, the website became more convenient: properties can be searched with filters, studied on a map, viewed in photos, assessed for expenses and yield, and then used to quickly send a request to the agency.
